Öz

Unroofed koroner sinüs sendromu nadir görülen bir kardiyak anomalidir. Genellikle persistan sol vena kava süperiyor eşlik etmektedir. Konjenital kardiyak anomalilerin tanısında transtorasik ve transözofajiyal ekokardiyografi önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Günümüzde çok-kesitli bilgisayarlı tomografi tetkiğinin koroner arter hastalığı araştırılmasında sık kullanılmaya başlamasıyla birlikte kardiyak anomali sıklığı da artmaya başlamıştır. Olgumuzda unroofed koroner sinüs tanısı çok-kesitli bilgisayarlı tomografi ile konan bir hasta sunulmaktadır. The Door From Right Atrium to the Left Atrium: ‘Unroofed’ Coronary Sinus

Abstract

Unroofed coronary sinus syndrome is a cardiac anomaly which is seen rare. It is usually accompanied by persistent left superior vena cava. Transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography plays a significant role in the diagnosis of congenital cardiac anomalies. Nowadays, the frequency of cardiac anomalies began to increase with the increased usage of multi-slice computed tomography in the investigation of coronary artery disease. In our case, a patient with unroofed coronary sinus who was diagnosed with multi-slice computed tomography is presented.
