Patoloji ve Malpraktis

Abstract

Tıbbi uygulama hataları “tıbbi malpraktis” olarak değerlendirilmektedir. Bu çalışmada patoloji uygulamalarında malpraktis konusu genel çerçeve içinde ele alınmıştır. Hekimlerin karşılaşabilecekleri ceza ve tazminat davalarındaki hukuki ve tıbbi prosedürler tartışılmıştır. Patoloğun dikkat etmesi gereken hususlar genel hatlarıyla ele alınmıştır.
