Nadir Bir Nodüler Subepidermal Fibrozis Olgusu

Abstract

Sağ el işaret parmağında distal falanks ulnar yüzünü tutan, parmak pulpasını ikiye ayıran, kemikte deformasyon ve distal interfalangeal eklemde daralmaya neden olan nadir bir nodüler subepidermal fibrozis olgusu sunuyoruz. Kitle total olarak eksize edildi. Postoperatif 16 aylık takibinde rekürrens yoktu ve parmak görünümü estetik açıdan kabul edilebilir düzeydeydi.
