Abstract

Adli otopsi, kanuni yetkililerce istenilen sorulara yanıt arayan özelleşmiş bir postmortem (ölüm sonrası) incelemedir. Bu konudaki uygulamalar için ilgili kanunlarda gerekli hususlar belirtilmiştir. Günümüzde adli otopsiler Ceza Muhakemeleri Usulü Kanunu'nun 79-83'üncü maddelerine göre yapılmaktadır. Bu yazıda adli otopsilerle ilgili güncel hukuki durum gözden geçirildi ve hangi durumlarda adli otopsi yapılacağı, nelere dikkat edilmesi gerektiği vurgulandı. Son olarak, bu konuda ülkemizdeki tarihsel süreç de irdelendi. Anahtar kelimeler: Türkiye, Adli Otopsi, Hukuk

Abstract

Forensic autopsy is a special kind of postmortem examination which aims in revealing the questions raised by the law authorities. In performing this procedure, there are several aspects which are necessitated by the relevant law articles. This manuscript reviews the current legal status of forensic autopsies and the circumstances that forensic autopsy must be undertaken, with points to be considered in this manner. Finally, its historical evolution in our country is also mentioned. Key words: Turkey, Forensic Autopsy, Law
