A general view to Turkish occupational regulations

Abstract

In this study, historical development of occupational health and terminology are discussed. Two laws and 22 regulations about the subject, which are still valid are discussed. It is seen that, most of the regulations which belong to the working life are related to the employees, and there are deficits in the areas like office life and aggricultural sector. Abstract

Bu çalışmada, iş sağlığının tarihi gelişimi ve terminoloji tartışılmış; 1995 yılı itibariyle geçerli olan, konuyla ilgili 2 kanun, 20 tüzük ve 2 yönetmelik ele alınmıştır. Çalışma hayatına ait düzenlemelerin büyük bölümünün işçilerle ilgili olduğu, büro hayatı ve tarım sektörü gibi alanlarda eksikliklerin bulunduğu görülmüştür. Anahtar kelimeler: İş sağlığı, mevzuat
