Abstract

Breast cancer, a common malignancy of women, should be detected in early stages because of it's high mortality and morbidity rates. In this study we present findings and diagnostic values of mammography which is the basic scanning modality and sonography which is supporting modality for breast cancer. Our case's radiologic findings include late stage breast cancer's features due to late diagnosis because of inadequate patient education. İleri Evre Meme Kanseri Radyolojik Bulguları Olgu Sunumu

Abstract

Kadınlarda sık görülen meme kanserinin yüksek mortalite ve morbiditesine sahip olması sebebiyle erken evrede tespiti önem arzetmektedir. Bu amaçla olgumuzda tarama amaçlı kullanılan tek yöntem olan mamografi ile buna destek olan ultrasonografinin meme kanserindeki tanısal değeri ve bulgularından bahsedilmiştir. Hasta uyumunun olmaması nedeniyle geç tespit edilen olgumuz ileri evre meme kanserinin radyolojik bulgularını taşımaktadır.
