Avrupa Birliği Bütünleşmesi ile Orta ve Doğu Avrupa Ülkelerinin Sosyal ve Ülkesel Kaynaşması

Abstract

Kaynaşma, toplumu bir arada tutan önde gelen unsurlarından biridir. Sosyal ve ülkesel kaynaşmanın var olduğu bir toplumda, dayanışma çerçevesinde bütünlüğün sağlanması ve ortak bir temelde toplumun hareket etmesi ile refahın yükseleceği savunulmaktadır. Avrupa Birliği (AB), kuruluşundan itibaren sosyal ve ülkesel kaynaşmayı gündeminde tutmuş, bu hususta fonlar tahsis ederek kaynaşma politikalarını teşvik etmiştir. Bu fonlar zaman içerisinde AB bütçesinin büyük bir bölümünü kapsamaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışmanın amacı sosyal ve ülkesel kaynaşma çerçevesinde, 2004 genişlemesi ile topluluğa dahil olan Orta ve Doğu Avrupa ülkelerinin AB ile kaynaşmasının etkilerini incelemektir. Aynı zamanda, AB üyeliği sonrası ülkelerdeki ekonomik durumun değişmesinin AB’ye olan desteğe etkisi irdelenecektir.

Social and National Cohesion of The Middle and East European Countries with The European Union Integration

Abstract

Cohesion is one of the leading elements that keep society together. In a society where there is social and territorial cohesion, it is advocated that welfare will increase with the establishment of integrity within the framework of solidarity and the movement of the society on a common basis. The European Union (EU) has kept social and national cohesion on its agenda since its establishment, and has encouraged its cohesion policies by allocating funds in this regard. These funds started to cover most of the EU budget over time. The aim of this study is to examine the effects of the integration of the Central and Eastern European countries with the EU in the context of social and territorial cohesion. At the same time, the effect of the change in the economic situation in the countries after the EU membership on the support for the EU will be examined.
