Psikolojik Danışman Eğitiminde Mesleğe İlişkin (Profesyonel) Kişisel Eğilimi Değerlendirme: Ölçek Geliştirme Çalışması

Abstract

Alanyazında, psikolojik danışman eğitiminde psikolojik danışman adaylarının sadece akademik gelişimlerinin değerlendirilmesi ve izlenmesi yerine mesleğe ilişkin kişisel eğilim olarak adlandırılan akademik olmayan özelliklerini de dikkate almak gerektiği vurgulanmaktadır. Buna paralel olarak öğrencilerde psikolojik danışma eğitimleri boyunca oluşan mesleğe ilişkin kişisel eğilimlerindeki değişimi öğrenmek için ölçek geliştirme çabaları bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada bu amaca uygun bir ölçme aracı geliştirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu nedenle öncelikle ilgili alanyazına dayalı olarak ve uzman görüşüne başvurarak 60 maddelik deneme formu hazırlanmıştır. Madde ve açımlayıcı faktör analizi (AFA) için 384 (325 Kadın, 59 Erkek) psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik öğrencisinden veri toplanmıştır. Madde analizinde korelasyon katsayısı .30’un altında olan 15 madde elenince kalan 45 madde üzerinden yapılan Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin (KMO) değeri ve Barlett Küresellik Testi sonuçları AFA yapılabileceğini göstermiştir. AFA sonucunda beş madde daha elenmiş, ölçeğin 40 maddelik altı faktörlü bir yapı gösterdiği ve bu maddelerin toplam varyansın % 45.46’sını açıkladığı bulunmuştur. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi için 236 (200 Kadın, 35 Erkek, 1 belirtilmemiş) öğrenciden veri toplanmış ve analiz sonuçları altı faktörlü yapının kabul edilir düzeyde olduğunu göstermiştir. Mesleğe İlişkin Kişisel Eğilimi Değerlendirme Ölçeği (MİKEDÖ) adı verilen ölçeğin içtutarlılık katsayısı .89, üç hafta arayla yapılan test tekrar test güvenirlik katsayısı ise .81 olarak bulunmuştur. Bu değerlendirmeler MİKEDÖ’nün psikolojik danışma ve rehberlik eğitimi alan öğrenciler için kullanılabilecek psikometrik özelliklere sahip olduğunu göstermektedir. Ölçekle ilgili alanyazın ışığında bazı öneriler sunulmuştur.
