Kikuchi Fujimoto hastalığı ile birlikte hemofagositik sendrom

Abstract

Kikuchi Fujimoto hastalığı ateş ve boyunda lenfadenopati ile nitelenen çocukluk çağında nadir görülen bir hastalıktır Hastalığın kesin tanısı sadece histolojik olarak lenf nodu biyopsi ile konulabilir Kikuchi Fujimoto hastalığının hemofagositik sendromla birlikteliği çok daha nadirdir Bu makalede Kikuchi Fujimoto hastalığıyla birlikte hemofagositik sendrom tanısı alan sekiz yaşındaki kız olgu sunulmuştur.
