Yenidoğan döneminde nadir bir solunum sıkıntısı nedeni: posterior mediyastinal gastroenterik kist

Öz

Yenidoğan döneminde mediyastinal enterik kist nadiren görülür. Çoğunlukla bulgu vermez. En sık solunum güçlüğü ile kendini belli eder. Mediyastinal kist omuz anomalilerinin efllik etti¤i bir durumdur ve enterik özellik gösterir. Tan›s› esas olarak histolojik bulgularla konulur. Bu yaz›da do¤um öncesi ultrasonografik incelemede akci¤erde kistik adenoid malformasyon tan›s› alm›fl ve dört günlükken solunum s›k›nt›s› geliflmifl bir mediyastinal gastroenterik kist olgusu sunulmufltur. Yenido¤an döneminde mediyastinal gastroenterik kistin tan› ve yönetiminin tart›fl›lmas› amaçlanm›flt›r.
