STARTUPLARIN FİZİBİLİTE ÇALIŞMASI: OSTERWALDER VE PİGNEUR İŞ MODELİ VE HİPOTEZ TESTİ

Abstract

Klasik fizibilite çalışmasında ekonomik veriler toplanmakta, projelerin özsermaye verimliliği ve net karlılığı hesaplanmaktadır. İş modelinin amacı ise girişimciye hem değer önermesiyle hem de işi çevreleyen ekosistemiyle varsayılanları sorgulatmasıdır. Bu uygulama metodu, “Standford Üniversitesi girişimcilik eğitimlerinde” ve “hızlandırıcı merkezlerinde” uygulanan startup fizibilite çalışmasıdır. Kurgulaması uzun iş planları yazılmasının faydasız olduğunu savunan yaklaşımdır. Detaycı plan hiçbir zaman gerçekleşmeyeceğinden dolayı büyük bir zaman kaybıdır. İş modeli göre startup varsayınları test etmek için bir öğrenme platformudur. İş modeli bu varsayınları oluşturulmasında yol göstermektedir. Bu makalede, Osterwalder ve Pigneur’ün geliştirdiği iş modelini 9 ayrı kategori de ilaç ve turizm sektöründeki örneklerle süreç gösterilmektedir. İlaç sektöründe ar&ge ekibi laboratuvardan çıkıp piyasa beklentilerini paydaşlardan öğrendikçe ilaç üretimi konusundaki yaklaşımları değişmektedir. Aynı şekilde turizm yatırımcısı sektöre 360 derece açıyla baktığında seçilen yerin işletme maliyeti ve av bolluğuna rağmen doğru yer olup olmadığı sorgulamaya başlamıştır.
