WEB OF SCİENCE VERİ TABANINDA YAYIMLANAN ÇOCUK EDEBİYATI ÇALIŞMALARININ BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada, Web of Science veri tabanında çocuk edebiyatı üzerine yayımlanmış makalelerin bibliyometrik analizinin gerçekleştirmesi amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmada, betimsel bir araştırma modeli olan genel tarama modeli kullanılmış ve bibiliyometrik analiz tekniği uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada 841 makale analiz edilmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen analiz sonuçlarına göre; çocuk edebiyatı ile ilgili makalelerin yıllara göre dağılımı, makalelerin yayın dili, en üretken kurumlar, en fazla makale yayımlayan dergiler, en fazla makale üreten ülkeler, makalelerin yıllara göre atıf sayıları, en sık tekrarlanan anahtar kelimeler ortaya çıkmıştır. Buna göre en fazla yayın yapılan yılın 2020, en çok yayın yapılan dilin İngilizce, en fazla yayım sayısı olan ülkenin ABD, en çok yayın yapan kurumun Texas Üniversitesi Sistemi, en çok yayın yapan yazarın Serafini, en fazla makale yayımlayan derginin Reading Teacher, en sık tekrarlanan anahtar kelimelerin çocuk edebiyatı, edebiyat, çocukluk olduğu belirlenmiştir. ABD’nin birçok işbirlikli çalışmalarda merkez noktada yer aldığı diğer yandan en fazla atıfın 2022 yılında yayınlanan makalelerde yapıldığı belirlenmiştir. Bu çalışmanın çocuk edebiyatı alanında çalışma yapmayı amaçlayan araştırmacılara bir bakış açısı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir.

BİBLİOMETRİC ANALYSİS OF CHİLDREN'S LİTERATURE STUDİES PUBLİSHED İN WEB OF SCİENCE DATABASE

Abstract

In this study, it is aimed to perform bibliometric analysis of articles on children's literature published in the Web of Science database. In the study, the general survey model, which is a descriptive research model, was used and the bibliometric analysis technique was applied. 841 articles were analyzed in the study. According to the results of the analysis; the distribution of articles on children's literature by years, publication language of the articles, the most productive institutions, the journals that publish the most articles, the countries that produce the most articles, the number of citations of articles by years, the most frequently repeated keywords were revealed. Accordingly, it was determinde that the year with the most publications is 2020, the language with the most publications is English, the country with the highest number of publications is USA, the institution with the highest number of publications is the University of Texas System, the author with the most publications is Serafini, the journal with the most publications is Reading Teacher, the most repeated keywords were children's literature, literature, childhood. It has been determined that the USA was at the center of many collaborative studies and in the other hand the most citations were in the articles published in 2022. It is thought that this study will provide a perspective to researchers who aim to work in the field of children's literature.
