Abstract

Abstract
This study aims to extensively examine the impact of organizational innovation on innovation capacity in 82 different third-party logistics firms operating in the province of Erzurum. The primary objective of the research is to understand the organizational innovation strategies of these firms and determine how these strategies can enhance their competitive advantages and sustainability. The data collection method employed in this study involved surveys, and the data analysis was conducted using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software package. A complete enumeration method was used to study 82 firms. The results clearly indicate that organizational innovation enhances the innovation capacities of these logistics firms, thereby providing them with a competitive advantage. The academic significance of this study lies in its ability to assist third-party logistics firms in gaining a deeper understanding of how they can strategically utilize organizational innovation. Furthermore, it offers an opportunity for other firms operating in similar industries to comprehend the strategic importance of organizational innovation and enhance its implementation within their own organizations. In conclusion, this research reveals the positive impact of organizational innovation on innovation capacity in third-party logistics firms and thoroughly presents the fundamental dimensions of academic theories and practical applications in this field.
