Abstract
The process of development in the communication
technologies and the digitization of reporting has emerged as the dominant two basic
concepts in the “information age”. The digital technologies that provides the conversion
and circulation of all types of information has changed on the reporting practices
dramatically. E-mail, the discussion forums, blogs and social networking sites have
become the essential tools on the Internet for journalists in the terms of news
reporting and sharing. In addition, the tactile, wearable and 3D digital imaging
technologies have also been used by the news media. In this work the approach
of “innovation journalism” that is used to the methods of digital reporting is
discussed and the process of digital conversion in the field of media has been tried
to expose. Journalists often benefit from the new and innovative technological tools
because of the transformation of news production and sharing practices in recent
years. The transformation of reporting has been accelerated with the development
of communication and mobile technologies and the types of reporting that adapted
to the age of new media like “innovation journalism” has been emerged.
Abstract
İletişim teknolojilerinde yaşanan gelişim süreci ve
haberciliğin dijitalleşmesi “enformasyon çağı”na egemen olan iki temel kavram
olarak ortaya çıkmıştır. Her tür enformasyonun dönüştürülmesini ve dolaşımını
sağlayan dijital teknolojiler, günümüzde habercilik pratiklerinin köklü
değişimini sağlamaktadır. Elektronik posta, tartışma forumları, bloglar ve
sosyal paylaşım siteleri, gazetecilerin haber üretimi ve paylaşımı için İnternet
mecrasında yararlandıkları temel araçlar olmuştur. Ayrıca günümüzde dokunmatik,
giyilebilir ve 3 boyutlu dijital görüntü teknolojileri de haber medyası
tarafından kullanılmaya başlamıştır. Bu bağlamda çalışmada, dijital, ağ tabanlı
çağa uygun habercilik yöntemlerinin kullanıldığı “inovasyon haberciliği”
yaklaşımı ele alınarak, medya alanında yaşanan dijital dönüşüm süreci ortaya
konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Geleneksel haber üretim ve paylaşım pratiklerinin
dönüşümüyle birlikte son yıllarda gazeteciler yeni inovatif teknolojik
araçlardan sıklıkla yararlanmaktadırlar. İletişim ve mobil teknolojilerin gelişimiyle
birlikte haberciliğin dönüşümü hızlanmakta, “inovasyon haberciliği” gibi yeni
medya çağına uyumlu habercilik türleri ortaya çıkmaktadır.
