Öz

Aile, ataerkinin oluşturduğu cinsiyete dayalı roller ve güç ilişkileriyle şiddetin yeniden üretilebilmesine, korunabilmesine ve sürdürebilmesine ait dinamikleri içerisinde barındırmaktadır. Aile içerisindeki kadına yönelik şiddet feminist hareket öncülüğünde görünürlük kazanmış, şiddetin kadın üzerindeki fiziksel, duygusal ve sosyal etkileri ele alınmıştır. Aile içi şiddetin kadın üzerinde oluşturduğu karmaşık etkiler bazı kadınlar için kısa süreli olup hızlı bir iyileşme gösterirken bazıları için kronik işlev bozukluğu ve zihinsel sağlık bozukluklarına neden olmaktadır. Bu sorunlara ek olarak kadının şiddet örüntüsüne direnç göstermesine aracılık eden kaynakların yetersizliği ve yardım arama sürecinin şiddetin artmasıyla eş zamanlı olması kişiyi kriz sürecine sokarak fiziksel ve ruhsal dengenin sarsılmasına neden olmaktadır. Kadının yardım arama süreciyle birleşen aktif kriz durumu, gelişim ve fırsatları da beraberinde getirmektedir. Dolayısıyla şiddet mağduru kadın ve çocuklarının uğrak noktası olan pek çok hizmet alanında kriz değerlendirmesini içeren sosyal hizmet müdahalesine ihtiyaç duyulmaktadır. Mevcut durumda, kadın sığınmaevleri başta olmak üzere, aile içi şiddetin neden olduğu travmatik deneyimlerin yapılandırılmış bir şekilde ele alınmasından ziyade sosyal yardımlara dayalı hizmetlere yönlendirme ve sınırlı bir psikososyal destek sağlama süreci bulunmaktadır. Buradan yola çıkarak çalışmada kriz durumunun hem nedeni hem de tetikleyicisi olan aile içi şiddet ele alınmış, şiddete maruz kalan kadınların temas ettiği hizmet alanlarında kriz değerlendirmesini içeren sosyal hizmet müdahalesinin işlevselliğine değinilmiştir. Krize müdahale yaklaşımı çerçevesinde şiddet döngüsünün sonlandırılması, çevre koşullarının değişimi, gelecek için başa çıkma becerilerinin geliştirilmesi gibi önemli kazanımlar söz konusudur. Dolayısıyla şiddet mağduru kadınlara zamanında ve etkili bir sosyal hizmet müdahalesi sunabilmek amacıyla öncelikli hizmet alanlarında kriz değerlendirmesinin yaygınlaştırılması ele alınmalıdır.
