Öz

Günümüz tarih ve vesika araştırıcıları arasında özgün bir yeri bulunan Polonyalı müellif, Osmanlı devri Türk vesikaları arasında dolaşıp ülkesi ile olan ilişkilere dair kıymetli bir külliyât yarattıktan sonra, şimdi de Kırım gibi tarihte her zaman yeri bulunan ülkenin Giray'lar devri diye adlandırılan evresinde geçirdiği muhtelif aşamaları başarı ile ele almış bulunuyor. Böyle cesur bir girişimi başarması yanında, neşrini üstlenen yayınevini de daha baştan kutlamak kaçınılmaz bir lüzumdur. Ülkesinin yayın hayatında her zaman seçkin bir makam sağlayan nâşir, şimdi de elimizde bulunan bu kitabı ilim alemine arz etme yanında, üstlendiği ağır bir sorumluluğu da devam ettiriyor.
