JTTR AUTHOR GUIDELINES

Submission and File Preparation
Manuscripts must be submitted electronically via the DergiPark system only. An account is required for submission (Registration link: https://dergipark.org.tr/en/register). Authors should upload their papers in Microsoft Word or PDF format and strictly follow the official JTTR template (https://docs.google.com/document/d/1A7jsx39VKw31t758LM4bfD-y01MRkdqj/edit?tab=t.0). No author information may appear in the main manuscript file.
Together with the manuscript, authors must upload the Metadata file (https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1YI8BXmLXFBSPco18jbJxmLdTo1jlnwCm/edit?usp=sharing&ouid=101453247660851227128&rtpof=true&sd=true), which contains the “Metadata” and “Author Contribution” sheets. Activate macros before filling in the file, then save and upload it during submission. In addition to the manuscript and Metadata files, a separate Title Page and, where applicable, the dataset for empirical studies are recommended.

Manuscript Structure
Each manuscript should include a title, abstract, keywords, main text, appendices, notes, references, and any tables or figures. The title must be written in sentence case (only the first word capitalized). The abstract (150–300 words) should concisely state the study’s purpose, methodology, key findings, and conclusions. Provide 3–7 keywords. A full-length article should not exceed 12,000 words; research notes should fall between 3,000 and 5,000 words.
Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under review elsewhere. Conference abstracts are not considered prior publications.

References
Begin the reference list on a new page at the end of the manuscript. References must follow APA 7 style, including volume, issue, and page numbers for journal articles. Where possible, add links to full-text versions. For detailed examples, see https://apastyle.apa.org/style-grammar-guidelines/references/examples.

Formulas, Tables, and Figures
Number equations consecutively at the right margin ((1), (2), …) and cite them in the text by these numbers.
Tables must be clear and self-contained, with titles placed above the table (e.g., Table 1: Results of the Analysis). Footnotes and source information appear below the table (e.g., Source: Authors’ elaboration).
Figures should be high-resolution (minimum 300 dpi) and preferably vector format. Place the caption below the figure (e.g., Figure 1: Study Area) and indicate the source (e.g., Source: Authors’ elaboration).

Author Responsibilities
A maximum of seven authors may appear on any article, and each researcher may author only one article per year in the journal. All authors must have made a substantive contribution and approved the final manuscript. The corresponding author is responsible for all communication and guarantees copyright clearance and content integrity. If copyrighted tables or figures are used, written permission must be obtained. Manuscripts must not contain unlawful, misleading, or harmful content.

Publication Terms
Articles published in JTTR are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 (CC-BY) license. The license allows JTTR to store, reproduce, and distribute the work indefinitely while authors retain copyright and may reuse their work, provided the original publication in JTTR is acknowledged.

No submission or publication fees are charged. Authors must declare any potential conflicts of interest in the cover letter or on the title page.
