Porsuk Kültürü’nün tespit edilen en iyi korunmuş höyüğü olan Kanlıtaş Höyük (Eskişehir/İnönü), kuzeybatı Anadolu’da dağlık ve ormanlık alanın sınırındadır. Höyükte bulunan arkeolojik malzemenin genel değerlendirmesinde, höyüğün en erken MÖ 6. Bin sonu Erken Kalkolitik Dönem ve İlk Tunç Çağı II dönemlerini yansıtan bir yerleşimin varlığı öngörülmektedir. Kazı çalışmalarında, höyüğün tepe kesiminde 500 m2’ nin üstünde bir alan kazılmış ve istinat duvarının iç kısmında başlayan derinleşme sondajına devam edilmiştir. Bu sayede, tepe kesiminin kuzeybatısında, sondajdaki bu kompleks yerleşim dolgularının altında yerleşmenin en erken tabakası ve anakaya ile olan ilişkileri ortaya konmuştur. Buluntu grupları arasında en dikkati çeken, mermer malzemeden yapılan halka biçimli bilezikler ve manyezitten yapılan üretim aletleridir. Bu aletler Kanlıtaş’ın İlk Kalkolitik Dönemde bir mermer bilezik üretim merkezi olduğunu açıkça ortaya koymaktadır Mermer bileziklerin yapım teknolojilerini bütün aşamalarının bugüne kadar örneklerine az rastlanır alet tipleri ile beraber gelmesi ve Anadolu’da aletleri ve hammadde ürünleri ile bütün üretim zincirini temsil eden bir yerleşme olmasından dolayıdır. Makale birçok özellikleri ile tarihöncesi Porsuk Kültürünün bu yerleşmesinin temel özelliklerini ve sonuçlarını vermeye çalışır.

The Chalcolithic period mound called Kanlıtaş is located in Eskişehir/İnönü Province at the edge of a mountainous region at NW Region of Anatolia. The Mound is almost the biggest and seems to be best preserved of Chalcolithic Porsuk settlements showing similar material with Orman Fidanlığı from Early Chalcolithic habitation plus EBA remains on eastern slopes. The excavation work since 2013 focused on the summit part of the settlement which rests on a huge basalt rock block inside the valley approximately over 500 m2. area. Thus, this complex habitation at NW section of summit area within this sondage gave the earliest layer (III. Layer) and the relations of the basal layers, A large collection of marble bracelet and bead pieces have been found along with manufacturing tools are always noteworthy finds of the settlement where a specialized settlement was in Early Chalcolithic Period. Discarded broken marble bracelet (or ring) pieces, noteworthy for their numbers reaching over dozens, also known from Orman Fidanlığı. They show almost all various stages of manufacture ranging from blanks to nearly complete products, with some associated production tools. Article is aiming at giving basic details and features for this settlement of Prehistoric Porsuk Culture.
