Abstract
Türkiye Bilimler Akademisi TÜBA kurucu üyesi ve şeref üyesi, İstanbul Üniversitesi Prehistorya Anabilim Dalı eski Başkam, Hocamız, TÜBA-AR'ın yaratıcısı ve Yayın Kurulu Başkanımız Prof. Dr. Ufuk Esin'i, dergimizin 10. sayışım yayınladıktan kısa bir süre sonra yitirdik. Hoca'mızın kaybı hepimizi derinden sarstı. Ama, benimsettiği ilkeleri, bilimsel görüş ve düşünceleri TÜBA-AR'ın sonraki yayınlarında da bizleri aydınlatacaktır
