Menşe Ülke Kavramı ve Gıda Ürünleri Çalışmalarının Bibliyometrik Analizi

Abstract

Uluslararası ticaretin büyümesi ve küresel pazarların gelişimiyle birlikte menşe ülke etkisinin giderek önem kazandığını ve tüketicilerin ürün kalitesi, güvenilirlik ve sembolik anlamlara ilişkin algılarını nasıl
şekillendirdiğini literatürde son yıllarda sıklıkla incelenen bir konu haline gelmiştir. Özellikle gelişmekte olan ülkelerin küresel pazarlarda gıda ürünlerine ilişkin artan rekabeti menşe ülke etkilerinin önemini arttırmakta ve bir akademik araştırma alanı olarak günden güne gelişmektedir. Menşe ülke, gıda ürünlerinin kalitesi hakkında bir sinyal görevi görürken aynı zamanda tüketicilerin sosyal statü ve ulusal gurur gibi duygusal değerlerle ilişkilendirdiği bir unsur olarak öne çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada menşe ülke ve gıda çalışmaları bibliyometrik analiz yöntemiyle incelenmiş ve çalışmaların etkileri küme analizi ile sınıflandırılmıştır. Araştırmada menşe ülke ve gıda çalışmaları kapsamında toplamda 777 adet makale incelenmiş ve menşe ülke imaj ve kavramının tüketici tercihlerine yönelik önemi ve çalışılan konular ortaya çıkarılmıştır. Menşe ülke ve gıda alanındaki çalışmaların beş farklı grupta toplandığı belirlenmiştir. Bunlar; tüketici tutum ve davranışları, gıda kalitesi ve gıda güvenliği, gıda ürünleri kabulü, tüketici seçimleri ve gıda politikalarıdır. Bibliyometrik analiz sonucunda gelecek araştırmalar için menşe ülke ve gıda ürünleri alanında özellikle farklı demografik gruplar ve kültürel arka planlar arasındaki farkların incelenebileceği ve küresel pazarlar arasında rekabet gücünü etkileyecek faktörler ortaya çıkarılarak, pazarlama stratejilerinin hedef kitleye göre özelleştirilmesinin sağlanabileceği belirlenmiştir.
