ÖRGÜTSEL SOSYALLEŞME İLE ÖRGÜTSEL VATANDAŞLIK DAVRANIŞI İLİŞKİSİNE TEORİK EĞİTİMİN ETKİSİ

Abstract



Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel sosyalleşme ile örgütsel vatandaşlık
davranışı ilişkisine teorik eğitimin etkisini ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmanın
evrenini Polis Akademisi Başkanlığına bağlı Polis Amirleri Eğitim Merkezi’nde
öğrenim gören komiser yardımcısı adayı öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmada
tam sayım örneklem kullanılmıştır. Teorik eğitimin başında ve teorik eğitimin
sonunda yapılan iki uygulama sonrasında elde edilen 1660 veri araştırmaya dahil
edilmiştir. Nicel paradigma çerçevesinde gerçekleştirilen araştırmanın deseni
deneysel tek gruplu ön test-son test modeli olarak belirlenmiştir. Araştırmada
Chao ve arkadaşları (1994) tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel Sosyalleşme Ölçeği
ile Podsakoff ve arkadaşları (1990) tarafından geliştirilen Örgütsel
Vatandaşlık Davranışı Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Örgütsel sosyalleşme ve örgütsel
vatandaşlık davranışı düzeyleri arasındaki korelasyon teorik eğitim öncesi .345
(zayıf), teorik eğitim sonrası .521 (orta) olarak bulunmuştur. Bu nedenle
örgütsel sosyalleşme ve örgütsel vatandaşlık davranışı ilişkisinde teorik
eğitimin aracılık etkisinin bulunduğu sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
