Aim: This study was conducted to determine nursing students’ intercultural sensitivity and related factors. Materials and Methods: This descriptive study was conducted with 190 students studying in nursing departments of a state and a private university in Ankara. demographic questionnaire for demographic data and Intercultural Sensitivity Scale were used for data collection. In data analysis, frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, Mann Whitney U, Kruskall Wallis and Pearson's correlation test were used. Results: Median age of students was 21 and 92.1 % of the students were female. Students’ mean Intercultural Sensitivity Scale score was found to be 87.23 ± 13.45. The mean of total Intercultural Sensitivity Scale score was found to be associated with the university, class, speaking a foreign language, desire to study nursing in another country, and desire to work abroad after graduation (p<0.05). Conclusion: It has been determined that intercultural sensitivity levels of nursing students are at medium level.
