Türkiye’de Yumurta Tüketim Alışkanlıklarının Bibliyometrik Analiz ile İncelenmesi

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, 2000-2025 yılları arasında TR Dizin veri tabanında yayımlanan yumurta tüketimi alanındaki akademik yayınları bibliyometrik analiz ile inceleyerek araştırma eğilimleri ve bilimsel etkileri ortaya koymaktır. Bu doğrultuda, yayınların yıllara göre dağılımı, yazar sayısı, en üretken yazarlar ve kurumlar değerlendirilmiş; en çok atıf alan çalışmalar ortaya konmuştur. Ayrıca, anahtar kelime bulutu ve anahtar kelimeler arası ilişki ağı yardımıyla araştırma konularındaki eğilimler analiz edilmiş; araştırma bölgesi analizi ile bölgesel araştırma eğilimleri ve potansiyel boşluklar ortaya çıkartılmıştır. Elde edilen bulgular, yumurta tüketimiyle ilgili araştırmaların özellikle beslenme, tüketim, tüketici alışkanlıkları ve davranışları konularında yoğunlaştığını göstermektedir. Ayrıca yapılan bölgesel analizde, araştırma faaliyetlerinin Türkiye’nin Marmara ve İç Anadolu bölgelerinde yoğunlaştığı, Doğu Anadolu Bölgesi’nde ise daha sınırlı kaldığı saptanmıştır. Çalışma, mevcut literatürün genel bir görünümünü sunarak gelecekte yapılacak araştırmalara rehberlik edecektir.

Examination of Egg Consumption Habits in Türkiye with Bibliometric Analysis

Abstract

In this study, it was aimed to examine academic publications on egg consumption in Türkiye published in the TR Index database between 2000 and 2025 through bibliometric analysis, revealing research trends and scientific impact. In this context, the distribution of publications by year, the number of authors, the most productive authors and institutions were evaluated, and the most cited studies were revealed. Additionally, trends in research topics were analyzed with the help of keyword cloud and co-word analysis; regional research trends and potential gaps were revealed with the research region analysis. The findings indicate that research on egg consumption has focused primarily on nutrition, consumption, and consumer habits and behavior. In addition, the regional analysis revealed that research activities were concentrated in the Marmara and Central Anatolia regions of Türkiye, while they were more limited in the Eastern Anatolia region. The study will provide an overview of the existing literature, guiding future research.
