Stratejik İnsan Kaynağının Geliştirilmesinde Kariyer Planlaması Eğitimi: Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesi Örneği

Abstract

Üniversite öğrencileri, stratejik yönetim düşüncesinde kaynak tabanlı yaklaşım bağlamında, bir ülkede yükseköğrenim düzeyinde eğitim alan kişiler olarak ülkelerin gelecek hedeflerine ulaşılmasında stratejik bir unsur konumundadır. Bu noktada, üniversite öğrencilerinin öncelikle kendi geleceklerini şekillendirme üzerine oluşturacakları kurgular olarak “Kariyer Planları” özel bir öneme sahiptir. Son yıllarda yükseköğretim sisteminde üniversite öğrencilerine yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilen kariyer planlama eğitimlerinde bir artışın olması bu önemin bir sonucudur. Bu çalışmada Cumhurbaşkanlığı İnsan Kaynakları Ofisi koordinasyonunda 2020-2021 Eğitim Öğretim Yılı Güz Döneminde Süleyman Demirel Üniversitesinde müfredata eklenilen “KRY001 Kariyer Planlama ve Çalışma Hayatına Giriş” dersi özelinde gerçekleştirilen süreçler ve elde edilen çıktılar ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır.

Career Planning Training in the Development of Strategic Human Resources: The Case of Süleyman Demirel University

Abstract

University students, in the context of resource-based approach in strategic management thinking, are a strategic element in achieving the future goals of countries as people who receive higher education in a country. At this point, "Career Plans", as the fictions that university students will create on shaping their own future, have a special importance. The increase in career planning trainings for university students in the higher education system in recent years is a result of this importance. In this study, we were tried to be revealed the processes carried out and the outputs obtained during "KRY001 Career Planning and Introduction to Worklife", which was added to the curriculum at Süleyman Demirel University in the Fall Term of the 2020-2021.
