THE IMPACT OF STRATEGIC INTELLIGENCE ON ENHANCING CREATIVITY AND ORGANIZATIONAL EXCELLENCE

Abstract

This study aims to identify the impact of strategic intelligence in supporting the sustainable competitive advantage of employees in organizations. Strategic intelligence was explained as the organization’s ability to find leaders who possess the intelligence, knowledge, and experience to build a future vision, strategic focus, creativity, and strategic implementation. Organizational excellence was explained as the organization’s ability to focus on the consumer and the market by collecting and analyzing relevant data accurately. This study also shows that strategic intelligence is one of the most important requirements for making more successful organizational decisions. It discovered that there is a relationship between strategic intelligence and the decision-making process, and it is crucial in helping organizations and managers to make appropriate decisions quickly and effectively for their organizations. This study recommends developing an annual work program that focuses on enhancing strategic intelligence and clarifying the different dimensions for employees to achieve competitive advantage.

STRATEJİK ZEKANIN YARATICILIK VE ÖRGÜTSEL MÜKEMMELLİĞİ GELİŞTİRMEYE ETKİLERİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, örgütlerde çalışanların sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajını desteklemede stratejik zekanın etkisini belirlemektir. Stratejik zeka, örgütün gelecek vizyonu, stratejik odak, yaratıcılık ve stratejik uygulama inşa etmek için zekaya, bilgiye ve deneyime sahip liderleri bulma yeteneği olarak açıklanmıştır. Örgütsel mükemmellik, örgütün ilgili bilgileri doğru bir şekilde toplayarak ve analiz ederek tüketiciye ve pazara odaklanma yeteneği olarak açıklanmıştır. Bu çalışma ayrıca stratejik zekanın daha başarılı örgütsel kararlar almak için en önemli gerekliliklerden biri olduğunu göstermektedir. Stratejik zeka ile karar alma süreci arasında bir ilişkinin varlığı bilinmekte ve örgütlerde yöneticilerin uygun kararları hızlı ve etkili bir şekilde almalarına yardımcı olduğu bilimsel araştırmalarla tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada, stratejik zekayı geliştirmeye ve çalışanların rekabet avantajı elde etmelerine farklı boyutları açıklığa kavuşturmaya odaklanan gelecek çalışma programları geliştirilmesini önermektedir.
