Sıçrama ve Yön Değiştirme Performansının Farklı Yaş Gruplarındaki Voleybolcularda İncelenmesi

Abstract

Çalışmanın amacı farklı yaş gruplarındaki voleybolcuların sıçrama yüksekliği, derinlik sıçraması asimetrisi ve
yön değiştirme hızı performanslarının karşılaştırılması ve yine farklı yaş gruplarında bu parametrelerin
birbirleriyle ilişkisini araştırmaktır. Çalışmaya Türkiye Sigortashop Kadınlar 1. Liginde yarışan profesyonel bir
takımın A takımı (n=11, yaş; 22,60±2,65 yıl, uzunluk;176,64±8,00 cm, ağırlık; 67,79±8,31 kg) ve Gelişim grubu
(n= 19, yaş; 12,95±0,93 yıl, uzunluk; 161,89±8,16 cm, ağırlık; 59,59±12,69 kg) gönüllü olarak katılmıştır.
Katılımcılara antropometrik ölçümler sonrasında counter movement jump (CMJ), squat jump (SJ), yön
değiştirmeli koşu testi (T -test) ve asimetri testi uygulanmıştır. Verilerin dağılımına uygun testler seçilerek
bağımsız grupların verilerinin karşılaştırılması ve grup içi korelasyon testleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bulgular
incelendiğinde gruplar arasında CMJ, SJ ve T-test sonuçlarında anlamlı farklılıklar yer almaktadır (p<0,05). Her
iki grupta da CMJ ve SJ arasında anlamlı düzeyde pozitif yönlü yüksek ilişki bulunmuştur bunun yanı sıra,
gelişim grubunda CMJ-SJ ile T-test sonuçları arasında ve T-test ile temas süresi asimetrisi sonuçları arasında
anlamlı ilişkiler saptanmıştır (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak voleybolcularda becerilerin birbirleriyle ilişkisi oyuncuların
yaşlarına göre farklılık gösterebilir. Performans değerlendirmesi yaparken bu olası farklılıklar dikkate
alınmalıdır.
