DOĞU AKDENİZ’DE KEŞFEDİLEN HİDROKARBON KAYNAKLARININ TÜRKİYE AÇISINDAN BÖLGESEL ÇATIŞMA VE İŞ BİRLİĞİ DİNAMİKLERİ ÜZERİNDEKİ ETKİLERİ

Abstract

Doğu Akdeniz, son yıllarda keşfedilen önemli miktardaki petrol ve doğal gaz kaynaklarıyla dikkatleri üzerine çekmiştir. Bu hidrokarbon kaynakları, bölgenin jeopolitik dinamiklerini derinlemesine etkileyerek hem çatışma risklerini artırmış hem de yeni iş birliği fırsatlarının önünü açmıştır. Bu makale, Doğu Akdeniz’de keşfedilen hidrokarbon kaynaklarının Türkiye açısından bölgesel çatışma ve iş birliği dinamikleri üzerindeki etkilerini neorealist bir perspektiften analiz etmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bu analiz, iş birliği ve çatışmaya yol açan temel dinamikler hakkında daha derin bir anlayış sahibi olmamıza ve Doğu Akdeniz’deki aktörlerin gelecekteki davranışlarını tahmin etmemize büyük ölçüde yardımcı olacaktır. Makalede, bölgede aktif bir politika izleyen Türkiye, KKTC, Libya, İsrail, GKRY, Mısır ve Yunanistan devletleri arasındaki ilişkiler ele alınmaktadır.

Dergimizin; Uluslararası İlişkiler, Diplomasi, Ekonomi, Temel Bilimler ve Sosyal Bilimlerin, siyaset, ekonomi, ekonomi-politik, diplomasi uygulamaları, siyasi tarih, uluslararası antlaşmalar, uluslararası örgütler, hukuk, uluslararası hukuk gibi alanları ile alakalı olarak bilim dünyasına önemli katkı yapması beklenmektedir.
