ÖRGÜTSEL ADALETİN ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIĞA ETKİSİ: ETİK İKLİMİNİN ARACILIK ROLÜ

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı örgütsel adaletin üç boyutunun, çalışanların örgütsel bağlılığına etkisi ve bu etkide etik iklimin aracılık rolünün tespit edilmesidir. Söz konusu değişkenler arasındaki ilişki; faktör analizi, regresyon analizi ve sobel testleri gibi istatistiksel yöntemler ile analiz edilmiştir. Çalışmada Ankara ilinde faaliyet gösteren ve savunma sanayi sektöründe yer alan özel işletmeler ele alınmıştır. Bu konuda hazırlanan anket formu ile 896 çalışandan toplanan veriler kullanılarak çalışmada yer alan değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiler belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, örgütsel adaletin üç boyutunun da örgütsel bağlılığı olumlu yönde etkilediği ve etik iklimin bu ilişkide kısmi aracılık rolünün olduğu belirlenmiştir.

The aim of this study is to explore the impact of three dimensions of organizational justice on organizational commitment and the mediating role of ethical climate on this association. The associations between those variables are analyzed using multivariate statistical analysis methods such as factor analysis, regression analysis, and Sobel test. Private defense sector companies which are located in the province Ankara constitute the sample of this study. Data collected and gathered from 896 employees by the way of a questionnaire form are utilized in order to scrutinize the relationships between the variables focused. It is found that the three dimensions of organizational justice positively affect organizational commitment and ethical climate has a partial mediating role on this association.

Etik Kurul izni gerektiren çalışmalar (anket ya da ölçek uygulamayı gerektiren, görüşme ve gözlem içeren; doküman, resim, anket vb. diğerleri tarafından geliştirilen ve kullanım izni gerektiren çalışmalar) için etik kurullardan ya da komisyonlardan gerekli izinlerin araştırma yapılmadan önce alınmış olması, bunların makale içeriğinde belirtilmesi ya da ek olarak sunulması gerekmektedir. Bu izinlerin olmaması durumunda yayın ön inceleme safhasında yazara iade edilir.  

Diğer yandan, Araştırma Makalelerinde verisi 2020 yılından önce toplanmış makaleler için ETİK KURUL İZNİ istenmemektedir. Ancak yine bu makalelerde de yöntem kısmında verilerin toplanma tarihlerine ilişkin bilgilere yer verilmesi gerekmektedir.

Hakem değerlendirmelerinde olan araştırmalara ilişkin ham verilerin hakemler tarafından talep edildiğinde sunulması şarttır. Verilerin makalenin yayımı sonrasında da gerektiğinde sağlanması zorunludur.
