Ebeveyn Bağlanma Envanteri’nin Türkçe ’ye Uyarlanması, Geçerlik ve Güvenirlik Çalışmaları

Abstract

Bu araştırmanın amacı, Ebeveyn Bağlanma Envanterinin Türkçe ‘ye uyarlanarak geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalışmasının yapılmasıdır. Araştırma 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında 565 ebeveyn (321 anne ve 244 baba) ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. İlk olarak envanterin kaynak dilden Türkçe ’ye çevirisi alan uzmanları tarafından yapılmıştır. Yapılan çeviri ile orijinal envanterdeki ifadeler karşılaştırılarak Türkçe formunun son hali oluşturulmuştur ve dil geçerliliği sağlanmıştır. Yapılan açımlayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda Ebeveyn Bağlanma Envanteri’nin ‘Güven /Kaçınma’ ve ‘İletişim’ alt boyutlarını içeren 2 faktörlü yapı doğrulanmıştır. Envanterin açıklanan toplam varyans oranı anneler için %65 ve babalar için %53 olarak belirlenmiştir. Envanterin güvenirliğine dair Cronbach Alpha güvenirlik katsayısı Anneler için α=.0,96 /Babalar için α=.0,91 olarak bulunmuştur. Envanterde bulunan boyutların toplam korelasyon değerleri 0,420 ile 0,807 aralığında değişmektedir. Envanter ve alt boyutlar arasında orta ve yüksek düzey pozitif yönlü anlamlı ilişkiler bulunmuştur. Doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sonucunda χ^2=807,312, RMSEA=0,044, SRMR=0.029, CFI=0.951 ve TLI=0.942 ile iyi bir uyumu değerine ulaşılmıştır. Bu sonuçlar uyarlaması yapılan envanterin, geçerli, güvenilir ve alanda kullanılabilecek bir ölçme aracı olduğunu göstermiştir.

Adaptation of Parental Attachment Inventory into Turkish, Validity and Reliability Studies

Abstract

The aim of this study is to adapt the Parental Attachment Inventory into Turkish and to conduct a validity and reliability study. The study was conducted with 565 parents (321 mothers and 244 fathers) in the 2021-2022 academic year. First, the inventory was translated from the source language into Turkish by field experts. The final version of the Turkish form was created by comparing the translation with the statements in the original inventory and language validity was ensured. As a result of the exploratory factor analysis, a 2-factor structure including the 'Trust / Avoidance' and 'Communication' sub-dimensions of the Parental Attachment Inventory was confirmed. The total variance ratio of the inventory was determined as 65% for mothers and 53% for fathers. The Cronbach Alpha reliability coefficient for the reliability of the inventory was found to be α=.0.96 for mothers and α=.0.91 for fathers. The total correlation values of the dimensions in the inventory ranged between 0.420 and 0.807. Moderate and high level positive and significant relationships were found between the inventory and sub-dimensions. As a result of confirmatory factor analysis, a good fit was obtained with χ^2=807.312, RMSEA=0.044, SRMR=0.029, CFI=0.951 and TLI=0.942. These results showed that the adapted inventory is a valid, reliable and usable measurement tool in the field.
