ÜRETKENLİK KARŞITI İŞ DAVRANIŞLARI ÜZERİNDE KİŞİLİK

Abstract

 

Bu çalışmanın amacı, üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışları ile kişilik özellikleri arasındaki ilişkiyi irdelemek-tir. Araştırmada anket yöntemi kullanılmış ve anketler araştırmanın amacını ve katılımın gönüllülük esa-sına dayalı olduğunu açıklayan bir yazıyla katılımcılara sunulmuştur. Bu bağlamda Dumlupınar Üniversi-tesi Sağlık Yüksekokulundaki 228 dördüncü sınıf öğrencisine, Goldberg (1992) ve Spector vd. (2006) çalışmalarından oluşturulan anket uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler SPSS programı kullanı-larak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda katılımcıların beş faktör kişilik özelliklerinden sorumluluk faktörünün üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışlarının tüm boyutları için geçerli yordayıcı olduğu ayrıca dışadö-nüklük, uyumluluk ve gelişime açıklık faktörlerinin ise üretkenlik karşıtı iş davranışlarının bazı boyutları için geçerli yordayıcılar oldukları tespit edilmiştir. Aynı zamanda beş faktör kişilik özellikleri ile üretken-lik karşıtı iş davranışlarının boyutları arasında negatif yönlü ve anlamlı ilişkilerin varlığı saptanmıştır.
