İHRACAT PERFORMANSININ ARACI ROLÜ: LOJİSTİK PERFORMANS ENDEKSİ İLE KÜRESEL İNOVASYON ENDEKSİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Abstract

İhracat performansı, işletmelerin dış pazarlardaki büyüme başarılarını ölçen önemli bir göstergedir. Lojistik performansı, ülkelerin ve firmaların tedarik zinciri yönetimindeki etkinliğini ve verimliliğini ifade ederken, küresel inovasyon performansı ise ülkelerin ve firmaların yenilikçi faaliyetlerini ve bu faaliyetlerin uluslararası pazarlardaki başarısını temsil etmektedir. Bu araştırmanın amacı, lojistik performansı ve küresel inovasyon performansı arasındaki ilişkiyi, ihracat performansının aracı rolü çerçevesinde incelemek ve ortaya koymaktır. Araştırmada lojistik performans endeksi, küresel inovasyon endeksi ve ülkelerin ihracat sıralamaları dikkate alınmıştır. Araştırmada hipotezlerin analizleri için regresyon ve korelasyon analizleri gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma sonucunda ihracat performansının lojistik performans ve inovasyon performansıyla doğrudan ilişkili olduğu görülürken, inovasyon performansıyla lojistik performans arasında da ilişki tespit edilmiştir. Lojistik yönetimi ve inovasyon stratejilerinin entegrasyonunun, küresel rekabet ortamında sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı elde etmede kritik bir rol oynadığı görülmektedir. Ayrıca lojistik performans endeksinin, küresel inovasyon endeksi üzerinde ihracat performansının aracı etkisi olmadığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

THE MEDIATING ROLE OF EXPORT PERFORMANCE: THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN THE LOGISTICS PERFORMANCE INDEX AND THE GLOBAL INNOVATION INDEX

Abstract

Export performance is an important indicator that measures a company's growth success in foreign markets. While logistics performance expresses the effectiveness and efficiency of countries and companies in supply chain management, global innovation performance represents the innovative activities of countries and companies and the success of these activities in international markets. The aim of this research is to examine and reveal the relationship between logistics performance and global innovation performance within the framework of the mediating role of export performance. In the research, logistics performance index, global innovation index and export rankings of countries were taken into consideration. Regression and correlation analyzes were performed to analyze the hypotheses in the study. As a result of the research, it was seen that export performance was directly related to logistics performance and innovation performance, while a relationship was also detected between innovation performance and logistics performance. The integration of logistics management and innovation strategies appears to play a critical role in achieving sustainable competitive advantage in the global competitive environment. It was also concluded that the logistics performance index did not have a mediating effect on export performance on the global innovation index.
