İNSAN KAYNAKLARI BİLGİ SİSTEMLERİNİN B2B MODELİ BAĞLAMINDA İNCELENMESİ: TÜRKİYE'DEKİ BULUT TABANLI İK YAZILIM ŞİRKETLERİ ÜZERİNE NİTEL BİR ARAŞTIRMA

Abstract

Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye'deki bulut tabanlı İnsan Kaynakları Bilgi Sistemleri (İKBS) sağlayıcılarının, B2B iş modeli çerçevesinde şirketlerin İK süreçlerine entegrasyonunu ve iş süreçlerine etkisini incelemektedir. İKBS yazılım sağlayıcısı şirketler üzerine ikincil veri kullanılarak yapılan nitel analiz, müşteri deneyimlerine dayalı olarak bu çözümlerin sunduğu avantajları değerlendirmektedir. Araştırmada, nitel veri toplama ve analiz teknikleri kullanılmış, müşteri deneyimlerine ilişkin ikincil veriler NVivo yazılımı ile incelenmiştir. Bulgular, bulut tabanlı İKBS çözümlerinin esneklik, hız ve veri yönetimi açısından önemli avantajlar sunduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, B2B iş modeli kapsamında uygulanan bulut tabanlı İKBS'nin rekabet avantajı sağladığı ve müşteri memnuniyetini artırdığı belirlenmiştir. Araştırma, bulut tabanlı İK çözümlerinin benimsenme düzeyini analiz ederek, dijital dönüşümdeki kritik rolünü vurgulamaktadır.

EVALUATION OF HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEMS IN THE CONTEXT OF B2B MODEL: A QUALITATIVE RESEARCH ON CLOUD-BASED HR SOFTWARE COMPANIES IN TÜRKİYE

Abstract

(HRIS) providers operating in Türkiye integrate their solutions into companies' HR processes within the framework of the B2B business model and their impact on business processes. A qualitative analysis conducted on leading HR software providers which evaluates the advantages based on customer experiences as secondary data. The study employs qualitative data collection and analysis techniques, with customer experience secondary data analyzed using NVivo software. The findings reveal that cloud-based HRIS solutions offer significant advantages in terms of flexibility, speed, and data management. According to findings, B2B business model, cloud-based HRIS enhances competitive advantage and customer satisfaction. This study analyzes the adoption level of cloud-based HR solutions in digital transformation.
