DİJİTAL LİDERLİĞİN YAPAY ZEKÂ İLE İLİŞKİSİNİN META-ANALİZ YÖNTEMİ İLE İNCELENMESİ

Abstract

Dijital dönüşüm çağında, örgütlerin sürdürülebilir rekabet avantajı elde edebilmesi, dijital teknolojilerin etkin şekilde benimsenmesine ve stratejik olarak kullanılmasına bağlıdır. Bu dönüşüm sürecinin merkezinde yer alan dijital liderlik, özellikle yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin kurumsal yapılarla bütünleşmesinde kritik bir rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmanın amacı, dijital liderlik ile yapay zekâ arasındaki ilişkileri inceleyen bilimsel araştırmaları değerlendirmektir. Bu doğrultuda, farklı akademik çalışmalara ait bulguların analiz edilmesiyle dijital liderlik ve yapay zekâ arasındaki etkileşimin bütüncül bir bakış açısıyla ele alınması, dijital dönüşüm sürecinde liderliğin yapay zekâ entegrasyonuna katkısının tespit edilmesi hedeflenmektedir. Bu çalışmanın yöntemi, 5 Ocak 2025 ile 12 Mart 2025 tarihleri arasında Dergipark, Web of Science, Google Scholar, SOBİAD, Scopus, ProQuest ve PubMed veri tabanlarından elde edilen 108 yayın içinden uygun kriterleri karşılayan beş çalışmanın meta-analiz tekniği ile incelenmesine dayanmaktadır. Bu çalışmanın bulguları, dijital liderlik ile yapay zekâ kullanımı arasında orta düzeyde pozitif bir ilişki olduğunu göstermektedir (r = 0.395; p < 0.001). Heterojenlik yüksek düzeyde bulunmuş (I² = %91.07), ancak yayın yanlılığına rastlanmamıştır. Fail-Safe N değeri 479’dur. Bu çalışmanın sonucunda, dijital liderliğin yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin benimsenmesi ve etkin kullanımı sürecinde stratejik bir rol üstlendiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.

Çalışmada kullanılacak olan veriler, daha önce yayınlanmış araştırmalar kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmekte olup ikincil verilerin kullanılması nedeniyle etik kurul izni gerekmemektedir.

EXAMINING THE RELATIONSHIP OF DIGITAL LEADERSHIP AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE USING THE META-ANALYSIS METHOD

Abstract

In the digital transformation era, sustainable competitive advantage depends on the effective adoption and strategic use of digital technologies. Digital leadership plays a key role in integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into organizational structures. This study aims to analyze empirical research examining the relationship between digital leadership and artificial intelligence. In this context, the study aims to examine the interaction between digital leadership and artificial intelligence from a holistic perspective by analyzing findings from various academic studies, and to identify how leadership contributes to the integration of artificial intelligence in the digital transformation process. The method involves a meta-analysis of five eligible studies selected from 108 publications retrieved between January 5 and March 12, 2025, from databases including Dergipark, Web of Science, Google Scholar, SOBİAD, Scopus, ProQuest, and PubMed. The findings reveal a moderate positive relationship between digital leadership and artificial intelligence use (r = 0.395; p < 0.001). Heterogeneity was high (I² = 91.07%), but no publication bias was detected. The Fail-Safe N value was 479. As a result, digital leadership is concluded to play a strategic role in adopting and effectively utilizing artificial intelligence technologies within organizations.
