No fee will be paid when submitting an article to the journal. For articles that pass the pre-check, the account information to which the editorial processing fee will be deposited will be sent to the responsible author by e-mail. The evaluation process will begin after the editorial processing fee is paid, and this fee is not dependent on the publication condition of the article. There is no refund for articles rejected during the editorial and referee evaluation processes.
