Hassas kesme işlemine malzeme kalınlığı ve kalıp boşluğunun etkisinin sonlu elemanlar yöntemi ile analizi

Abstract

Bu
çalışmada, sac metal kesme yöntemlerinden biri olan hassas kesme işlemine kalıp
boşluğunun ve malzeme kalınlığının etkisi sonlu elemanlar yöntemi(SEY)
kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. Analizler, 0,01, 0,025, 0,05 ve 0,1 mm kalıp
boşluklarında, 1 ve 2 mm kalınlığında malzeme kullanılarak
gerçekleştirilmiştir. Belirlenen parametrelerin kavislenme genişliği ve
yüksekliğine, kırılma bölgesi yüksekliği ve açısına, zımba kuvvetine, kesme
bölgesindeki gerilme ve birim şekil değişimine etkisi araştırılmıştır. Analiz sonucundan,
kalıp boşluğunun artması ile kavislenme değerinin ve kırılma bölgesi yüksekliği
ile açısının arttığı, gerilme dağılımının ise azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca
malzeme kalınlığının ise kavislenme değerini etkileyen önemli bir faktör olduğu
görülmüştür.

Finite element simulation of effect of material thickness and die clearance on fine blanking process

Abstract

In this study,  it was investigated fine blanking, one of the
sheet metal cutting methods, the effect of die clearance and material thickness
by using finite element method.  Analyzes
were carried out using material thicknesses of 1 and 2 mm, in die clearence of
0.01, 0.025, 0.05 and 0.1 mm. The effects of the determined parameters on the die
roll width and depth, the height and angle of the fracture zone, the punch
force, the stress in the cutting zone and the strain were investigated. As a
result of the analysis, it was determined that the increase of  the die roll, the height and angle of the
fracture zone and the decrease of the stress distribution with increase of the die
clearance. It was also seen that the material thickness is an important factor
affecting the die roll.
