Abstract

In this study, nano-sized pure HAp and 0.05%,
0.20%, 0.40% (w / v) Ag (I) ion-doped HAp samples were produced by
precipitation method also physical and chemical characterization of these
samples were made. According to the XRD results, 2θ= 31.77° for pure HAp. No
significant changes were observed in the 2θ values according to the silver
dopping rate. From the SEM images, it was observed that the change in the dopping
rates did not have a clear effect on the surface morphology. The Ca / P ratio with
the SEM were 1.6685 for HAp. The Ca / P ratio for pure HAp in ICP-OES device
was found to be 1.6630. Grain size mean values of samples were measured 100-400
nm. FTIR results were consistent with the literature. From the produced
samples, the density value for pure HAp was found to be 3,051 gr / cm3.
It was observed that the densities of Ag (I) -HAp powders increased as the
contribution ratio increased. In the light of all these results, it is
understood that the pure and silver doped samples are compatible with the
literature and can be used in biological studies.

Katkısız ve Gümüş Katkılı Hidroksiapatitin Fiziksel ve Kimyasal Karakterizasyonu

Year 2019, Volume: 11 Issue: 2, 643 - 656, 30.06.2019

Abstract

Bu çalışmada çöktürme
yöntemiyle nano boyutlu katkısız Hidroksiapatit (HAp) ve %0,05, %0,20, %0,40 (
w/v)
oranlarında Ag(I)
