Web Sitesi Kalitesinin MULTIMOORA Yöntemi İle Değerlendirilmesi

Abstract

Bilişim teknolojilerinin hızla gelişmesine paralel olarak web siteleri ticaretin vazgeçilmez unsuru haline gelmiştir. Web siteleri, satıcı ile müşterinin etkileşimin gerçekleştiği ilk platformlar olmaktadır. Müşteriler, işletme hakkında temel verileri öncelikle ilgili işletmelerin web sitelerinden elde etmektedirler. Web sitelerinin müşterilerin üzerinde oluşturduğu etki düşünüldüğünde, bu sitelerin kalitesinin çok önemli olduğu anlaşılabilir. Web sitelerinin kalitesinin değerlendirilmesine yönelik olarak çok farklı yöntemlerin kullanıldığı görülmektedir. Web sitelerinin kalitelerini değerlendirmede birbirlerini etkileyen birçok faktörün sürece dâhil olduğu görülmektedir. Bu çalışma ile lojistik alanında faaliyete bulunan firmaların web sitelerinin kalitesi çok kıstaslı karar verme (ÇKKV) yöntemlerinden olan Analitik Hiyerarşi Süreci (AHS) ve MULTIMOORA yöntemleri ile değerlendirilmiştir. Belirlenen kıstasların ağırlıkları AHS, firmaların web sitelerinin değerlendirilmesi ise MULTIMOORA yöntemi ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma; lojistik firmaların web sitelerinin değerlendirilmesinde iki yöntemin bütünleşik olarak kullanılabileceğini göstermiştir. Bu çalışma; yazılım firmalarının daha kaliteli web siteleri tasarlayabilmeleri ve araştırmacıların ise web sitesi değerlendirme problemini teorik olarak daha iyi kavrayabilmeleri açısından literatüre katkı sağlamaktadır.

Assessment of the Quality of Websites with AHP-MULTIMOORA

Abstract

With the rapid development of information technologies, websites have become indispensable for trade. Websites are the platforms where the first interaction between the vendor and the customer takes place. Customers obtain basic information on the company primarily from the website of the related company. Considering the influence of the websites on the customers, it is not difficult to understand that the quality of these websites is very important. It seems that there are many different methods used in the assessment of the quality of websites, and there can be many factors affecting each other in this assessment process. This study deals with the quality of websites of companies operating in the logistics field. Two multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods, the analytical hierarchy process (AHP) in the determination of the weights of the criteria and MULTIMOORA method in the assessment of the websites of the companies, were conducted in the study. The study has demonstrated that the integral usage of the two methods in the evaluation of the websites of logistics companies can be useful. This work can contribute to the literature as it may help software companies design better websites and also the researchers better understand the website evaluation problem theoretically
