In accordance with publication ethics and scientific quality standards, our journal subjects all submitted manuscripts to a rigorous evaluation process. The foundation of this process is the principle of double-blind peer review, which aims to ensure the highest level of scientific objectivity and impartiality. Under this policy, every manuscript submitted to our journal is evaluated by at least two (2) independent, blind referees who are experts in the field, through a system where the identities of both the authors and the reviewers are kept mutually confidential. This method ensures that evaluations are free from personal or institutional bias and are based solely on academic criteria such as the manuscript's scientific content, originality, methodology, and its contribution to the field. The reports from the referees guide our editorial board in making the final publication decision. This transparent and fair process is the cornerstone of maintaining our journal's scientific integrity and presenting high-quality work to our readers.
