Ağır Ekipman Üretiminde Ergonomik Risk Değerlendirmesi: Bir Vinç Üretim Tesisinde REBA Tabanlı Analiz

Abstract

Ağır ekipman üretim ortamlarındaki çalışanların sağlığı ve verimliliği ergonomik faktörlerden kritik olarak etkilenir. Bu çalışma, Hızlı Tüm Vücut Değerlendirmesi (REBA) yöntemini kullanarak bir vinç üretim tesisindeki ergonomik riskleri değerlendirmeyi amaçlamaktadır. Kaynak, taşlama, silindir montajı ve tornalama gibi sekiz temel iş istasyonu, kas-iskelet sistemi bozukluklarına (MSD'ler) yol açabilecek duruşları belirlemek için analiz edildi. REBA analizi, kaynak ve ayak çerçevesi montajı gibi görevlerin orta ila yüksek ergonomik risk seviyeleri taşıdığını ve acil müdahale gerektirdiğini ortaya koydu. Bu bulgulara dayanarak, ayarlanabilir çalışma masaları, ergonomik platformlar ve görev yeniden tasarımı dahil olmak üzere çeşitli pratik iyileştirme stratejileri önerilmiştir. Bu tür ergonomik değişikliklerin uygulanması, çalışanların refahını iyileştirebilir, mesleki yaralanma risklerini azaltabilir ve üretkenliği ve ürün kalitesini artırabilir. Bu araştırmanın sonuçları, manuel işlemlerin yaygın olduğu tarım makineleri üretimi ve diğer endüstriyel sektörler için değerli rehberlik sağlamaktadır. REBA gibi ergonomik değerlendirme yöntemlerinin mühendislik tasarımına ve iş yeri planlamasına entegre edilmesi, sürdürülebilir ve insan merkezli üretim sistemleri için elzemdir.

Ergonomic Risk Assessment in Heavy Equipment Manufacturing: A REBA-Based Analysis in a Crane Production Facility

Abstract

The health and efficiency of workers in heavy equipment manufacturing environments are critically influenced by ergonomic factors. This study aims to assess ergonomic risks in a crane manufacturing facility using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) method. Eight key workstations—such as welding, grinding, cylinder assembly, and turning—were analyzed to identify postures that may lead to musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). The REBA analysis revealed that tasks like welding and foot frame assembly carry moderate to high ergonomic risk levels, requiring immediate intervention. Based on these findings, several practical improvement strategies are proposed, including adjustable worktables, ergonomic platforms, and task redesign. Implementing such ergonomic modifications can improve worker well-being, reduce occupational injury risks, and increase productivity and product quality. The results of this research provide valuable guidance for agricultural machinery manufacturing and other industrial sectors where manual operations are common. The integration of ergonomic assessment methods such as REBA into engineering design and workplace planning is essential for sustainable and human-centered production systems.
