Abstract

Dünyada ve ülkemizde yaşlı nüfus ve kronik hastalıklar gün geçtikçe artmakta iken sağlık hizmetlerine kullanılan kaynaklar sınırlı hale gelmektedir. Sınırlı hale gelen kaynakların etkin bir şekilde kullanılmasında ekonomik değerlendirme yöntemlerinden yararlanmanın önemi artmaktadır. Ekonomik değerlendirme yöntemleri birçok gelişmiş ülkedeki sağlık sisteminde, karar verme mekanizmalarında son on yıldır yaygın olarak kullanılmaktadır. Ekonomik değerlendirme yöntemlerinden biri olan maliyet etkililik çalışmaları, politika kararlarını vermede önemli bir yere sahiptir. Bu çalışma, 2010-2015 yılları arasında yurt dışında yapılan evde bakıma yönelik maliyet etkililik çalışmalarının derlenmesi ile ülkemizde bu alanda yapılacak olan çalışmalara ışık tutmak ve bu bağlamda alınacak politika kararlarına yol göstermek amacıyla yapılmıştır.
