Within the framework of Health Transformation Program in Turkey, it is aimed to reach the same level of health
services and to ensure that all individuals are distributed as equitably as possible. In this context, tele-medicine
applications were started to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases, follow-up of chronic diseases, and
training of health workers and development of public health studies in order to ensure efficiency in medical data
transmission and sharing. With the introduction of telemedicine applications, the approaches of healthcare
beneficiaries to information quality and satisfaction, access, effectiveness and trust issues have been the subject
of research. In this study, telemedicine applications were discussed in the health sector and a questionnaire was
applied to 189 people from Muğla city center in order to determine the perspectives of health service
beneficiaries to telemedicine application dimensions. As a result of statistical analysis; It was determined that the
participants in the 56-65 age groups did not trust the telemedicine practices.
