E-SAĞLIK OKURYAZARLIĞI İLE EGZERSİZ SAĞLIK İNANÇ MODELİ ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Year 2023, Volume: 9 Issue: 3, 295 - 306, 31.12.2023

Abstract

THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN E-HEALTH LITERACY AND EXERCISE HEALTH BELIEF MODEL

Year 2023, Volume: 9 Issue: 3, 295 - 306, 31.12.2023

Abstract

The main purpose of this study is to examine the relationships between e-health literacy and exercise health belief model. The population of the research consists of all patients and their relatives who applied to a family medicine center operating in the city center of Manisa. Every individual in the young, middle and advanced age group who applied to a family medicine center operating in Manisa province centers was included in the research sample. A total of 427 questionnaires were collected from the participants and analyzed. Data collected by face-to-face survey method were analyzed with SPSS and AMOS statistical analysis programs. Findings obtained with content validity and confirmatory factor analyzes showed that the construct validity of the model was provided. The fit values obtained showed that the model fit was achieved. There is a positive relationship between e-health literacy level and exercise health belief model. As e-health literacy increases, exercise health belief model levels increase positively.
