Stakeholder analysis has strategic importance for the health sector as well as in other sectors. Stakeholder analysis is the activities of identifying, categorizing and analyzing individuals or groups likely to have a 'share' of a proposed action. Benefiting from stakeholder analysis in the process of creating policies and reforms in health, establishing applicable policies enables to see how much it affects practitioners. provide literature about this review, stakeholder analysis, in some countries and Turkey have also been created in order to give examples of the work done in the field of health policies. For this purpose, information about the definition of stakeholder analysis and analysis models is given in the first section. In addition to this section, Turkey, Russia, South Africa, stakeholder analysis conducted in some countries such as India and their effects are on shared information in the literature. The second chapter provides information about the external stakeholder analysis work in determining health policies in Turkey. By using stakeholder analysis, it can be determined which stakeholders will be effective in policy formulation and the problems experienced in the policy implementation process can be minimized by evaluating the contributions of these stakeholders.
