Abstract

Bu çalışmada; Fikret Bilâ tarafından kaleme alınan Cumhuriyet’in kurucu partisi Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi’nin 27 yıl süren tek parti döneminin ardından geçilen çok partili sistem içerisinde yeniden iktidar olamama sorunsalını ele alan ve Doğan Kitap tarafından yayınlanan "CHP Nasıl İktidar Olur?" adlı araştırma/inceleme kitap çalışması değerlendirilmiştir. Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi’nin tarihi ve bu tarihten gelen kalıtsal sorunlarla birlikte irdelenen ve aynı zamanda partinin iktidar olabilmesi için bir takım fikir ve önerilerin kaleme alındığı çalışma, Türkiye’nin yakın tarihine var olan sorunlarla birlikte ışık tutmaktadır. Bilâ, kitap çalışmasında Cumhuriyet Halk Partisi'nin tarihi sürecini ele alırken CHP’nin iktidar olabilmesi adına kendince siyasi ve sosyolojik bir reçete sunmuştur.

Abstract

In this study; written by Fikret Bilâ and published by Doğan Kitap, the research/review book study titled "How Does the RPP Become Power?", which deals with the problem of not being in power again in the multi-party system after the 27 year single party period of the Republican People's Party, has been evaluated. The study, which examines the history of the Republican People's Party and the hereditary problems arising from this date, and also includes some ideas and suggestions for the party to come to power, sheds light on the problems that exist in Turkey's recent history. Bilâ, while discussing the historical process of the Republican People's Party in his book work, presented a political and sociological recipe in his own way for the RPP to come to power.
