All articles submitted to USBED are subject to double-blind peer-review. If the reviewers request correction, the article is sent back to the author for correction. The correction file (revision) from the author is sent to the reviewers again. If both reviewers express a positive opinion about the article, the article is accepted. If one of the reviewers gives a positive opinion and the other a negative opinion, the article is sent to the third reviewer. The opinion of the third reviewer determines the final decision about the article.
USBED has a strict publishing policy against plagiarism. It examines all articles for plagiarism. Studies that qualify as research articles must have a maximum similarity of 20% when scanned in plagiarism programs without bibliography. More similar articles will not be accepted for publication. Thesis summary, compilation, work introduction, translation, etc. studies are considered exceptions.
