Bronchobiliary fistula is an uncommon condition, which may occur as a complication of hydatid or amebic disease of liver, cholelithiasis, choledocholithiasis, peptic ulcer disease, congenital malphormation, malignancy, or a previous surgery. In this report we presented a case of bronchobiliary fistula detected by hepatobiliary scintigraphy.
Bronkobiliyer fistül seyrek görülen bir durum olup, karaciğerin hidatik veya amibik kistleri, kolelityazis, koledokolityazis, peptik ülser hastalığı, malignite veya geçirilmiş cerrahiye sekonder komplikasyon olarak görülebilir. Bu yazıda safra yolları sintigrafisi ile saptanan bir bronkobiliyer fistül olgusu sunulmaktadır.
