Sharing Responsibility in Health Care

Abstract

The protection of health, the key element of social development, is a team work. This team is comprised of state/government, physician/ medical staff that will serve the health care and patient/community that will benefit from this care. Therefore, it is necessary to discuss the responsibility of each member of the team in any kind of dilemmas and problems that may arise in health care. In this study, the responsibility that should be shared is analyzed under 3 main headings, state/government, physician/medical staff and patient/community; considered from legislations and some recommendations are provided.

Sağlık Hizmetlerinde Sorumluluğun Paylaşılması

Abstract

Sosyal gelişmenin temel öğesi olan sağlığın korunması bir ekip işidir. Bu ekip, sağlık hizmetini sunan/sunacak olan devlet/idare, hekim/ sağlık çalışanı ve bu hizmetinden yararlanan/yararlanacak olan toplum/hastadan oluşmaktadır. Bu nedenle, sağlık hizmetlerinde ortaya çıkabilecek her türlü ikilem ve sorunda bu ekibin her üyesinin sorumluluklarından söz etmek gerekir. Bu çalışmada, sağlık hizmetlerinde paylaşılması gereken sorumluluk, devlet/idare, hekim/sağlık çalışanı ve toplum/hasta olmak üzere 3 ana başlık altında incelenmekte, yasal açıdan ele alınmakta ve konuyla ilgili önerilerde bulunulmaktadır.
