Necrotizing fasciitis is an uncommon severe bacterial infection that is characterized by necrosis of the fascia and subcutaneous tissue. Abstract

Nekrotizan fasiit, fasya ve subkutan dokunun nekrozu ile karakterize, nadir görülen, ciddi seyirli bakteriyel bir enfeksiyondur. Hastalık sıklıkla ekstremite, gövde ve perineal bölgeleri tutar. Göğüs ön duvarının tutulumu nadirdir. Bu makalede, göğüs ön duvarında nekrotizan fasiit tanısı ile tedavi edilen 2 olgu sunulmaktadır.
