UYBISBBD provide an open access for its contents by believing it will increase the share of knowledge all around the world.


UYBISBBD is an open access journal which means that all content is  free availability on the public internet, permitting any users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of these articles, crawl them for indexing, pass them as data to software, or use them for any other lawful purpose, without financial, legal, or technical barriers other than those inseparable from gaining access to the internet itself. Written permission from the publisher to use the content for commercial purposes is required.




The entire content issued by the journal including their supplemental material is always available for users free of charge (https://dergipark.org.tr/uybisbbd/archive).
