Araştırmanın temel malzemesini Adana Kültür Varlıklarını Koruma Bölge Kurulu Müdürlüğü ile Kahramanmaraş Müze Müdürlüğü’nden temin edinilen yapılara ait tescil fişleri oluşturmaktadır. Çalışmada öncelikle, her evle ilgili bilgiler düzenlenen tabloda tek tek sıralanmıştır. Daha sonra incelenen evlerin tamamı ele alınarak ortak özellikler tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır.
